Probing Questions

Any probing or Outstanding questions as it relates to overall PRISM project

1. Is a new PRISM roadmap/milestone chart being drafted?
   • There have been recent changes to the plan and this would be useful to post on PRISM microsite.
2. Who is the owner of the Optum Bank portal regarding PRISM project?
   • Asking to understand who should be engaged to make decision on gaps OB portal has with OF portal.
3. These are all WEX HA Migration related but have impact to PRISM domains and UX.
   • Will migrated WEX accounts leverage Optum Bank or Unified Portal?
   • Is Expense domain still in scope for PRISM?
   • What domain will own Receipt Vault?
   • Will FTPS add capability to store receipts with transactions?
4. Will all card swipe transactions, including Notional Domain accounts, be ingested by Card Domain?
5. Does FINS send the enrollment files to notational/banking domain with the FARO ID? Answer: To avoid duplication a FARO ID will always be created by the Person Domain. For an enrollment FINS will first send the enrollment to the Person domain and will get back the FARO ID.
6. For FINS to send the HSA or notational enollment what is the criteria? Answer: In the future we might need to add an account type in the enrollment/contribution file. Account type = HSA,FSA,HRA
